My item was delivered broken. The seller gave me 3 different options to resolve this issue.I did what she asked and heard nothing.10 days later I tried again and was told I had been given a discount code.That I could return the item in its current condition, which means that if it is damaged during transport I will not receive a full refund and have to pay for shipping. Or I have to pay them shipping costs $60 for shipping to the Netherlands a new item, which is illegal in my country. We in Europe only have to pay the shipping cost to send them the damaged item back, not paying them to send me the new item.It took a while before misunderstandings were cleared up and we finally came to an agreement. My country is in the European Union which has different laws and customs,that doesn't make communication and problem solving easier.
I'm blown away by this toad. It is beautiful and creepy at the same time. Just what I needed. Paint and craftsmanship are top notch. This shop doesn't stop to impress me. Recommended!
I absolutely love my voodoo toad! I had been eyeing him for a while and can't wait to add him to my cabinet of curiosities! He was packaged very well and made it to me in perfect condition. I will definitely be back for additional pieces!

Don't hesitate to buy the frog! All of the great reviews are completely accurate. It looks exactly like the picture and is so well made with a lot of wonderful details included, like the lacing up the back with cord and beads.
