How long does it take to create and ship my order?
All our items are handmade and made-to-order, which means each piece takes about 1–2 weeks to craft before it is ready to ship. This time allows us to ensure that every detail. From sculpting and finishing to painting and packaging, meets our quality standards.
Once shipped, transit times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. On average, international delivery takes 4–12 business days. Remote areas or peak holiday seasons may add extra time.
At Monster Labs Studios, we use secure packaging and trusted couriers. If you need an estimated delivery date for your address, contact us and we’ll help you choose the best shipping option.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our pieces are handmade and one-of-a-kind, we accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or defective products.
If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the claim. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Minor differences in color, texture or finish are normal and part of handmade work. We’ll always work to resolve any legitimate problem fairly and quickly.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by jurisdiction.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to estimate possible costs. Customs processing can sometimes cause delivery delays; we provide all necessary documentation to facilitate clearance, but we are not responsible for customs charges or related delays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several secure payment options at checkout — you do not need a PayPal account to pay. Choose the method most convenient for you:
PayPal
Fast and secure worldwide. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a linked card.
Credit & Debit Cards
Pay directly with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Appears at checkout as “Credit and debit card payments”. Payments are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway — we never store your card details.
Mercado Pago
Available for many Latin American customers. Supports local cards and bank options; some countries offer installments.
International Bank Transfer (Payoneer)
Recommended for direct international transfers and larger or wholesale orders. If you need this option, write to us and we’ll send simple transfer instructions.
