Refund & Return Policy

At Monster Labs Studios, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

· We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
· Items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging.
· You must request a return within 45 days from the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

· Contact us at monsterlabs.studios@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
· We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
· Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds

· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
· We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

· If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this when you contact us.

Important Notes

· Returned items must arrive in new condition; otherwise, the return may be declined.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Custom duties or import fees paid by the buyer are not refundable.
