The Creepy Jolly Chimp takes the unmistakable grin, glassy stare and brass cymbals of the vintage mechanical monkey and transforms them into a much darker display piece. Worn faux fur, aged fabrics and distressed finishes give it the eerie character of an object that has survived far longer than it should have.

ABOUT THE PIECE
Vintage cymbal monkeys were once designed to be colorful, noisy and amusing. This Cursed Items interpretation keeps their instantly recognizable character while stripping away everything reassuring about it.
Its fixed grin, blank glass eyes, faded clothing and heavily weathered finish create the impression of an old mechanical figure with an unexplained history. Each piece is painted, aged and finished by hand, with subtle variations that reinforce its worn and unsettling appearance.
DISPLAY & PACKAGING
The arms and legs can be repositioned, allowing the figure to be posed differently depending on how you choose to display it.
Each Creepy Jolly Chimp arrives fully assembled and is securely packed inside a custom-made wooden protective crate designed for international transport.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to create and ship my order?
Most Monster Labs pieces are handmade to order and normally require approximately 1-3 weeks to craft before dispatch. Items currently in stock may ship sooner, while preorders follow the specific production timeline stated on their product page.
Once dispatched, international transit normally takes approximately 4-12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Orders to the United States typically arrive within approximately 4-5 business days after dispatch.
All orders are securely packed and shipped via FedEx with tracking.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our pieces are handmade and individually produced, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If a return is required and approved, the item must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery, in the condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and all included components. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed with Monster Labs Studios.
Minor variations in color, texture and finish are normal characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, handling fees or other destination charges depending on the destination.
The shipping amount paid at checkout covers transportation only and does not include these additional charges.
Any additional charges assessed by FedEx, customs authorities or local authorities are the buyer's responsibility. Monster Labs Studios does not control or receive these charges.
Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays.
