With a gaping toothed maw, twisted tendrils and richly textured foliage, the Carnivorous Plant turns the familiar silhouette of a flytrap into something far more dangerous. Its flexible elements allow subtle changes in pose, giving the piece an unusually alive presence on display.

ABOUT THE PIECE

Known in the Cursed Items archive as Voraciflora Dentata, this predatory specimen imagines a species of flora that has evolved well beyond trapping insects.

The oversized jaws, fleshy textures and curling tendrils give it the character of a plant capable of reacting to whatever gets too close. Each piece is individually painted and finished by hand, building layers of color and organic detail that make the surface feel convincingly alive.

Compact enough for a shelf or curiosity cabinet, but visually aggressive enough to become the focus of the display.

DISPLAY & PACKAGING

The plant comes complete with its ceramic planter and arrives assembled and ready for display. The jaw can be repositioned and the wired tendrils adjusted slightly to alter the pose.

Each piece is securely protected inside a custom wooden shipping crate for international transport.

This appeared to be very well crafted in the photos- I’m happy to say when it arrived it did not disappoint!

10/10 looks exactly likes the photos and easily scares my wife whenever I feel like it. Well worth the investment if you've got a family member who isn't easily scared by things.

Wow! This is absolutely amazing! This "plant" is so beautiful, yet frightening, all at the same time. The attention to detail is incredible. If you love unusual, exotic things like I do, you will love this plant. Arrived super-fast, in time for Halloween, but it's something I will display year-round. My 3rd purchase from Monster Labs and I can honestly say that each piece has surpassed my expectations.

I'm very impressed with my little meat eating plant! The paintjob on the head and teeth is immaculate. Since it's handmade it took some time until it was shipped, but that was cleary stated in the discription. The box it came in is also beautiful, so I'm using that as well to store things in. Very, very pleased! Thank you.

Monster Labs Studios knocks it out of the park with another Cursed Item. Not the first one I've purchased, and probably not the last. The detail in this Carnivorous Plant is amazing. The artist's attention to detail is obvious, when you look at the effort put into the plant's mottled paint job, varied leaf textures, and all those tiny wet teeth. The thing looks alive! And you can really give it some extra life, by adjusting the wire vine arms.

How long does it take to create and ship my order?

Most Monster Labs pieces are handmade to order and normally require approximately 1-3 weeks to craft before dispatch. Items currently in stock may ship sooner, while preorders follow the specific production timeline stated on their product page.

Once dispatched, international transit normally takes approximately 4-12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Orders to the United States typically arrive within approximately 4-5 business days after dispatch.

All orders are securely packed and shipped via FedEx with tracking.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our pieces are handmade and individually produced, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If a return is required and approved, the item must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery, in the condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and all included components. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed with Monster Labs Studios.

Minor variations in color, texture and finish are normal characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, handling fees or other destination charges depending on the destination.

The shipping amount paid at checkout covers transportation only and does not include these additional charges.

Any additional charges assessed by FedEx, customs authorities or local authorities are the buyer's responsibility. Monster Labs Studios does not control or receive these charges.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays.
